We wanted a complete house renovation including a side return with extension and an attic conversion. One of my big fears was turning up and finding no one present and having to chase workers, this was never the case. Jimmy and Toby were also very much across and able to work in tandem with the other suppliers/tradespeople. From kitchen fitters to window manufacturers to bathroom suppliers. It was immensely relieving having someone to manage delivery’s and 3rd party involvement. The results really do reflect Proficiency’s work ethic and dedication. The house is lovely and the works have sympathetically turned a tired 1930s semi into beautifully characterful modern family home. I am profoundly happy I listened to that instinctual feeling and went on this journey with Proficiency at my side.
